Baking Sweet Memories is dedicated to creating a custom cake for your special occasion. We have been creating custom cakes since 1994. Our passion for cake decorating began in England while living abroad for three years.

All of our designs are hand made using fresh ingredients. Typically we do not use anything that is not edible in our designs, unless it is requested. We want you to enjoy eating your cake just as much as you enjoy looking at it.

Our wedding cake was so beautiful, and it over did our expectations. Rebbecca made us a three tier cake with white fondant and green leaves going around and down each tier with blue bonnets coming out of them. Not only was the cake gorgeous but it was also delicious! She went out of her way to make our day special by making our cake just how we wanted it. Not only was it exactly how we wanted it but she did it with a two week notice. She also made my husbands groomsmen cake, it was a UT cake. It was a Sheet cake covered in Burnt orange with TEXAS across the top and a huge longhorn cut out of fondant. Everyone was very impressed of the cakes she made and it was the talk of the entire evening!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A DESIGNER CAKE!

Rebecca made my sons cake for his second birthday and I could not have been more pleased with it. she modeled it after the paper wear I purchased for the party, and the likeness was so exact! It looked fabulous and all the guests were just gushing over how much they loved it and how beautiful it was. It was just delicious! Thanks Rebecca for your fine work!

Both the humming bird cake and little mermaid cake turned out to better then I could have dreamed. The taste was amazing, it made for a wonderful mothers day and 3rd birthday for my daughter. Will be sure to buy all my cakes in the future. Thank you so much.
